DIRECTIONS FROM ASHEVILLE: Traveling I-26 East take Exit 40 (Asheville Regional Airport). Turn right onto Hwy. 280 West toward Brevard. Continue approx. 2 miles and turn right on North Mills River Rd. Continue 3.2 miles then turn left on Whitaker Rd. Homestead at Mills River entrance will be .8 miles on your right.
DIRECTIONS FROM HENDERSONVILLE: Traveling I-26 West take Exit 40 (Asheville Regional Report). Turn left onto Hwy. 280 West and follow directions above.
DIRECTIONS FROM BREVARD: From Intersection of Hwys. 276 N, 64 West and 280 (Just East of Brevard) follow Hwy. 280 East out of Brevard toward Asheville. Continue approximately 6 miles. Turn left (at traffic signal) on Old Turnpike Rd. Travel 500 yds. and turn left on Kimzey. Continue 1.2 miles to stop sign. Go straight onto S. Mills River Rd. approximately 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Whitaker Rd. Homestead entrance is 3/10 mile on left.
